My listing expired. What should I do now?

Why do homes not sell?
It usually comes down to a few things: the price compared with competing homes, photos and online presentation, the home's condition and preparation, how the home was marketed and to whom, and how easy it was to show. Most of these can be fixed.
I own a home here but live out of the area. Can you help?
Yes. I can handle things locally, such as getting the home ready, coordinating vendors and showings, and keeping you updated, so you don't need to be here.
